Escape to Como Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos

One of the most beautiful private island getaways. I was fortunate to break up my trip on Providenciales and spend a night at COMO Parrot Cay. Truly a gem! If you're staying in Providenciales and want to break up your stay allow three nights to immerse in this spectacular private island. COMO Parrot Cay is a 25-minute boat ride from Provo. Perfect time spent enjoying the hues of blue.

When you arrive on island you will be whisked away on a golf cart admiring the beautiful landscapes of the resort. The views of blue were everywhere, pristine white sands and crystal clear waters surround you. COMO Parrot Cay is a luxury resort allowing for relaxation and rejuvenation, although a quiet island there's lots to do. The perfect combination for my getaway. Kayaks and Paddle Boards await the water enthusiasts as do organized snorkel or sailing tours. Spa and yoga experiences are plentiful and so magical--don't miss out. The best view on resort is from the Spa deck. My favorite escape on island was riding the complimentary bike to explore the many paths the resort offers. It was very cool to see the banana and coconut plantations.

My accommodations were so comfortable and far surpassed what I was expecting. The Ocean Front Beach House is a semi detached beach house where you can lounge comfortably and gaze at the white sand dunes. I was a hop and skip away from beautiful turquoise waters. The plunge pool was a perk! The spacious indoor space is beautifully arranged with a stocked mini refrigerator, dining area, sitting area and gorgeous four poster bed with white voile draping. I enjoyed the COMO Shambhala bathroom amenities--smelled so good. Truly a magical stay.

Are you a big foodie? Your culinary experience will be heightened here at COMO Parrot Cay. Delicious flavors and dishes that look like art will amaze you. Due to COVID the Terrace was closed allowing us to enjoy Lotus, a Caribbean and Asian inspired cuisine. The COMO Beach Club is a really cool space where you can enjoy afternoon bites and cocktails prepared by their mixologists. Don't forget to try their signature cocktail--INVEIRNO.
